This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and credit purchases made on www.imghippo.com, operated by Codobux IT Services Private Limited. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to resolve it.
Subscription Plans
Imghippo offers monthly subscription plans (Starter and Pro). When you subscribe, you get immediate access to your plan benefits including credits, unlimited file size, and API access.
Since digital services are delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds for subscription plans are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if:
- You have not used any credits from the plan.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same plan.
Refund requests made after 7 days or after credits have been used will not be eligible for a refund.
One-Time Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not used any credits, contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Unused credits do not carry over after the billing period ends.
- Your account reverts to the Free plan with 20 credits per day.
Cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund for the current billing period. You retain access to all paid features until the period expires.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- The date of purchase.
- The plan or credit pack you purchased.
- The reason for your refund request.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your refund is approved, any credits or plan benefits associated with the purchase will be removed from your account immediately.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Credits have already been used (uploads, API calls, background removal).
- The refund request is made after the 7-day window for subscriptions.
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violating our terms of service.
- The purchase was made using a promotional or discounted offer that explicitly stated no refunds.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of paid services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
